By downloading or using Cutbench ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

1. The App

Cutbench helps you plan material-efficient cutting layouts for sheet goods and boards based on measurements you enter. It is a planning tool, not a substitute for careful measurement, sound judgment, or safe shop practice.

2. Accuracy disclaimer

Cutbench performs calculations based on the dimensions, quantities, kerf, and stock sizes you provide. Always verify all measurements against your actual material before cutting. Cutbench provides calculations, not a warranty of fitness for any particular project. We are not responsible for wasted material, project errors, or any damages resulting from use of the calculated cutting plans.

3. Subscriptions (Cutbench Pro)

Certain features (unlimited projects, unlimited parts and stock, Cut-Along mode, PDF export, and the offcut inventory) require a Cutbench Pro purchase, offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or annual), a one-time Lifetime purchase, or a time-limited Day Pass. Where applicable:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time; doing so does not refund the current period.
• A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore an active Cutbench Pro entitlement tied to your Apple ID.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and to use it in compliance with applicable law.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including material waste or project outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
